Key Responsibilities

Work directly with the various team members to monitor schedules, troubleshoot delays, and ensure all products ship on time.

Serve as a point of contact for warranty inquiries and sales calls.

Follow orders through their entire lifecycle-from initial customer engagement and vendor coordination to final processing.

Be proactive throughout the factory. This is not a desk-only job; you will frequently circulate throughout the two-story manufacturing plant to stay connected with various departments.
